Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential clients through various channels to promote educational programs
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand students' academic goals and requirements
- Present and explain educational program options tailored to each client's specific needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the enrollment process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics
- Stay updated on educational trends and program offerings to provide accurate information
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field (education-related background preferred)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (1-2 years minimum)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to relocate or work in Badung, Bali
