Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect potential customers to promote our comprehensive range of products and services.
- Understand customer requirements and provide professional, tailored product recommendations.
- Conduct persuasive product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer loyalty.
- Achieve individual and team monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Follow up diligently on sales inquiries and provide excellent after-sales service.
- Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to optimize sales strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply; comprehensive training will be fully provided.
- Minimum of SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malay (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and target-oriented personality.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively to a team environment.
- Possess own transport and willing to work in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur.
