Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and engage customers, identifying their specific needs and preferences.
- Provide expert product demonstrations and explain the technical features of electronics.
- Maintain current knowledge of promotional offers, pricing, and product availability.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and products are attractively displayed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Collaborate with store management to optimize product placement and stock replenishment.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent degree.
- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics, gadgets, and home appliances.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and high integrity.
