Join Puyat Flooring Products, Inc. as a Sales Consultant / Account Manager and drive our market presence in the competitive flooring industry. This dynamic role requires you to develop and implement strategic sales initiatives within your assigned territory, focusing on promoting our comprehensive APO product lines to maximize revenue growth. You'll identify key market opportunities, recommend targeted promotional support activities, and build lasting relationships with architects, contractors, and retail partners. - Develop and execute territory-specific sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
- Identify and recommend promotional support activities for optimal market penetration
- Actively promote all APO product lines through direct sales and channel partnerships
- Conduct regular client meetings to understand project requirements and provide product expertise
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop localized sales campaigns and materials
- Maintain accurate sales records and territory performance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales or account management role, preferably in construction or materials industry
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, CRM systems, and territory management
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Self-motivated with results-driven mindset
