Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic canvassing activities to identify and engage potential customers in designated Bali territories
- Present Sozo Skin Clinic products/services effectively to drive conversions and sales targets
- Build and maintain professional relationships with new prospects through personalized consultations
- Document customer interactions, sales activities, and market feedback in CRM systems
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns in the field
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPIs through consistent prospecting efforts
- Represent Seven Retail Group with professionalism and brand integrity during all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; D3/Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business preferred
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail or direct sales canvassing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with persuasive abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field assignments
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to meet sales objectives
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English communication beneficial
- Resilient and adaptable to outdoor work conditions across Bali
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
