Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in selecting the right Mitsubishi vehicle based on their needs and budget.
- Demonstrate vehicle features, provide test drives, and negotiate sales terms effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Follow up with leads to convert inquiries into closed deals.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the finance and insurance team to process loans and paperwork efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of experience in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license (professional).
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
- Knowledge of car models, specifications, and market trends is a plus.
