- Deliver exceptional customer service to maximize sales conversions
- Provide expert product recommendations for sports equipment and apparel

Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 1 year retail/sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for sports and active lifestyle
- Ability to work in fast-paced retail environments
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems
