Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Guide customers through the complete sales process, from initial inquiry to final vehicle handover.
- Conduct professional product presentations and test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits.
- Maintain a deep understanding of automotive market trends, competitor offerings, and vehicle specifications.
- Achieve and exceed individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Manage customer relationships via our CRM system to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with the finance and administration departments to facilitate smooth sales transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-value retail environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales quotas.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Highly self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
- Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus.
