Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Advise customers on vehicle features, financing options, and insurance packages.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional after-sales follow-up.
- Prepare sales contracts and ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive trends, vehicle specifications, and competitor offerings.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
