Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the Bacolod area.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive lead generation and account management.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure optimal product visibility and stock availability.
- Present and demonstrate product lines to key decision-makers, emphasizing quality and value.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Resolve client concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Consultant, Sales Representative, or similar role in the FMCG or food industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a territory efficiently.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales tracking software.
- A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is highly advantageous.
