Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell property developments through direct client engagement and property viewings
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted sales campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate client databases
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies
- Stay updated on Bali property regulations, zoning laws, and market trends
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in property or luxury goods
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive self-starter with demonstrated ability to work independently
- Valid motorcycle license and ability to navigate Canggu/Badung areas
- Strong negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach
