Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets through direct customer engagement and upselling.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clearly explain membership packages and fitness programs to potential clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure high retention rates and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing in-store promotional events and community fitness activities to attract new members.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries and resolving complaints with a positive attitude.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Track daily sales activities and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems accurately.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and close deals.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Enthusiastic, outgoing personality with a genuine passion for health and fitness.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
