Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell BYD electric vehicles through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle capabilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-up and after-sales support
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Stay updated on BYD product features, promotions, and industry trends
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve showroom objectives
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic computer literacy and CRM software knowledge
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable technology
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
