Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote Affin Bank's credit card products
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable credit card options
- Guide customers through the complete application process, ensuring all requirements are met
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the bank
- Stay updated on the latest credit card products, promotions, and banking regulations
- Collaborate with team members to share best practices and achieve collective goals
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in banking or financial services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent presentation skills and ability to explain complex financial products
- Proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Valid Malaysian work permit and willingness to work in Klang Valley region
