You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence in Penang and surrounding areas, ensuring that our financial solutions reach a wider audience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Drive the sales and acquisition of Affin Bank credit and debit card products to new clients and existing customers.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis to recommend the most suitable card solutions to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) set by the management.
  • Represent Affin Bank at promotional events, roadshows, and corporate engagements within the Northern region.
  • Provide exceptional pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and credit team to ensure smooth processing of applications.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification; Degree in Finance, Business, or related fields is an advantage.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
  • A self-starter who is highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Valid driving license and own transport are essential for visiting clients and attending events.
  • Familiarity with local banking products and financial regulations in Malaysia.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
