Tanggung Jawab
- Drive Sales Performance: Actively promote and sell Affin Bank credit card products to potential and existing customers to meet monthly sales targets.
- Client Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the Sarawak region through proactive prospecting.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and high customer satisfaction.
- Needs Analysis: Assess customer financial needs and lifestyle requirements to recommend the most suitable credit card solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Gather market insights and competitor information to contribute to sales strategies.
- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in the CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Minimum SPM/SPM-V or Diploma in Business, Finance, or related fields is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, banking, or customer service is an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade others effectively.
- Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and results-oriented with a passion for achieving sales goals.
- Driving License: Valid driving license is preferred (as travel to clients may be required).
