Tanggung Jawab
- Acquire new clients and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for credit card products.
- Conduct thorough financial needs analysis and present suitable credit card solutions to potential customers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates and referrals.
- Advise customers on the benefits, features, and repayment options of Affin Bank credit cards.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and documentation in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the branch team to implement effective sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Ensure strict adherence to all banking regulations, compliance policies, and ethical standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the banking, financial services, or retail sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
- Familiarity with banking products and financial planning concepts is an advantage.
