Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and commercial clients in the Cebu territory
- Drive sales growth by effectively promoting and selling Multi-M Food's product portfolio
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales initiatives
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor sales targets and implement strategies to achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly goals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent sales experience)
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG or food distribution
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Cebu region
- Fluent in English and Tagalog with strong communication skills
