- Conduct sales consultations with potential clients to understand their fitness goals.
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of fitness equipment and memberships.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor that reflects our brand image.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through follow-up calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote special offers and events.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in retail or fitness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to persuade potential buyers.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- High school diploma or higher; certification in sales or fitness is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a friendly and approachable demeanor.
