Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain hotel listings on various Channel Manager systems and Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
- Conduct regular sales presentations and training sessions for hotel partners to ensure product understanding.
- Analyze market trends and competitor data to recommend optimal pricing and inventory strategies.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hotel stakeholders to drive repeat business.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to channel connectivity and data synchronization.
- Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote VBR Digital's services to new clients.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the hospitality, travel, or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of Channel Manager tools and hotel revenue management principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals with high-value clients.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
