We are seeking energetic and communicative talents to represent our premium fragrance brands in the Jakarta Raya area. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers to provide an exceptional shopping experience.
We are looking for candidates aged 18–28 who are outgoing, customer-oriented, and skilled in upselling. The ideal candidate is ready to work in shifts and weekends, ensuring our stores are always welcoming and well-stocked. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with shoppers.
- Demonstrate and recommend fragrance products to customers based on their preferences.
- Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Maintain the visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and brand guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Age 18–28 years old.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Previous experience in retail or sales is highly preferred.
- Passion for beauty and fashion products.
