Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our immigration and visa consultancy services.
- Conduct professional consultations to assess client eligibility for various visa programs.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current immigration policies, requirements, and procedures.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through consistent lead follow-ups and relationship management.
- Prepare accurate documentation and ensure all client files are processed with high attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and high referral rates.
- Represent Gateway Visa Solution professionally during mall-based activities and corporate events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or the recruitment/immigration industry.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining data confidentiality.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced retail or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software usage.
