Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential clients through proactive lead generation and networking
- Present visa solutions tailored to client needs and immigration requirements
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Maintain accurate client records and sales pipeline in CRM systems
- Collaborate with visa processing teams to ensure seamless client journeys
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the visa application process
Kualifikasi
- Proven sales experience with track record of meeting targets (1-3 years preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Filipino
- Knowledge of immigration processes or willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays as needed
- College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advantageous)
