Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively sell fitness equipment and membership packages to new and existing clients
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits
- Develop personalized fitness solutions aligned with customer goals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic client engagement
- Build and maintain a robust client portfolio for repeat business
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute promotional campaigns
- Track sales metrics and provide actionable insights to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of fitness products and industry trends
- Goal-oriented with proven ability to meet targets
- Positive attitude and passion for fitness/wellness
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Valid Malaysian work permit required
