Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively engage with walk-in customers to understand their needs and provide expert product recommendations.
- Deliver exceptional service to drive store sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure the sales floor is organized and welcoming.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and handle customer queries professionally.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer database by providing personalized follow-up and engagement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive shopping experience for all guests.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- At least 1-2 years of proven experience in retail sales, customer service, or a client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a distinct advantage).
- Energetic, positive attitude with a genuine passion for sales and customer interaction.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays as required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically proficient with POS systems and basic retail software.
