Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct thorough hair and scalp analyses to identify client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality hair and scalp treatments while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and follow-up communications.
- Stay updated on the latest hair care trends, product knowledge, and treatment techniques to provide expert advice.
- Manage the retail counter area, ensuring product displays are attractive and well-organized.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and processing transactions.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the hair/beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a commission-driven role.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as required by business needs.
- Willingness to undergo training to master Beijing 101’s proprietary scalp and hair care systems.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use POS systems.
