Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate high-tech wellness and beauty products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technical features to clients effectively.
- Uphold the company's luxury standards and maintain a pristine store environment.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide informed advice.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or the beauty/wellness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong ability to influence and persuade.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented mindset.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or related fields are a plus.
