Funding Societies, a leading SME digital financing platform in Southeast Asia, is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant (Hire Purchase/Mandarin Speaker) to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our automotive financing operations, where you will support dealer acquisition, drive hire purchase (HP) financing sales, and manage loan processing end-to-end.

As a key member of our sales team, you will develop and nurture strong relationships with automotive dealers, understand their financing needs, and promote our HP products. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle—from prospecting and presenting to processing loan applications and ensuring timely approvals. Your fluency in Mandarin will be vital in communicating with a diverse client base and expanding our network. We value a proactive, customer-centric approach and a drive to exceed sales targets.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Support dealer acquisition strategies and identify new partnership opportunities to expand the network.
  • Drive hire purchase (HP) financing sales by presenting and promoting products to dealers and customers.
  • Process loan applications from submission to approval, ensuring accurate documentation and timely disbursements.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and prospective dealer partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (credit, operations) to streamline the financing process and resolve any issues.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall team goals and KPIs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the loan lifecycle, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and financing regulations to maintain a competitive edge.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in automotive financing, hire purchase, or a related industry.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English (both spoken and written) is required to effectively serve Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Familiarity with loan processing, credit assessment, or financial documentation is an advantage.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
