As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for engaging with homeowners, designers, and architects to promote our premium product range. You will receive all leads through our marketing effortsâno cold calling required. Your role involves conducting consultations, taking measurements, preparing quotations, and closing sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

- Conduct client consultations to understand their needs and preferences for window treatments and outdoor shading solutions.
- Present and demonstrate product range, including curtains, blinds, shutters, and patio screens.
- Perform on-site measurements and provide accurate quotations.
- Manage sales pipeline from lead generation through to closing and after-sales follow-up.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, trends, and competitors.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage referrals.
- Collaborate with the installation and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail, interior design, or home improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Singaporean/PR or valid work pass.
- Possession of own vehicle is an advantage (for site visits).
- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office).
- Passion for interior design and home aesthetics.
