Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Hyundai vehicles through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct product demonstrations and test drives to showcase vehicle features
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through strategic prospecting
- Prepare sales documentation including quotations and contracts
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales departments for seamless transactions
- Stay updated on Hyundai product knowledge and market competition
- Participate in sales training and dealership events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
