Tanggung Jawab
- Drive revenue growth by identifying and engaging potential interior design and renovation clients.
- Conduct professional site visits and consultative meetings to understand client requirements and budget.
- Collaborate closely with the internal design and build teams to provide accurate project estimates and project timelines.
- Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to contract closing and handover initiation.
- Prepare compelling design-build proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our craftsmanship.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and referral generation.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends, building materials, and industry innovations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in interior design sales, property sales, or high-end renovation services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
- Strong understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and construction processes.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute positively to a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic office productivity tools.
