Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and business opportunities in the local area.
- Assist the senior sales team in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Track sales activities and update the CRM system with accurate client information.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote company services effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (currently studying or fresh graduate).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English and Malay proficiency preferred).
- High level of self-motivation, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
