Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets in Iskandarsyah territory
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and needs-based consultations
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals and institutions
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop territory-specific promotional campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Monitor competitor activities and identify new market opportunities
- Participate in quarterly sales training and product knowledge workshops
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMU/Diploma degree (Bachelor's preferred) from any academic discipline
- Proven track record in sales or customer-facing roles (healthcare experience advantageous)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to articulate complex product features
- Target-driven mindset with history of exceeding sales objectives
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (English proficiency beneficial)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Jakarta area
