Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively promote and sell Isuzu vehicles and associated services to individual and business clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional accounts
- Execute sales strategies through direct sales calls, telemarketing, and networking events
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed vehicle information to prospects
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with finance and service departments to ensure seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in sales or customer-facing role, automotive industry preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Cavite market and business networks is advantageous
