We're seeking a motivated professional to promote and sell Isuzu vehicles and services across individual, corporate, and institutional accounts in Mandaue City, Cebu. This role combines strategic sales techniques with relationship building to exceed targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You'll leverage sales calls, telemarketing, and networking to generate leads while maintaining deep product knowledge of Isuzu's innovative lineup. Whether you're engaging with individual buyers or negotiating fleet solutions for businesses, your expertise will directly contribute to our growth in the Cebu market. Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell Isuzu vehicles and services to individual, corporate, and institutional clients
- Conduct proactive sales calls and telemarketing to generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and networking
- Develop tailored sales solutions for corporate and institutional fleet requirements
- Exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay updated on Isuzu product features, promotions, and industry trends
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation
- Collaborate with after-sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years in sales or customer-facing role, preferably in automotive industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively
- Strong understanding of sales cycles and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic sales automation tools
