Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell premium Japanese furniture collections to retail and commercial clients
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on Japanese furniture craftsmanship
- Collaborate with design teams to provide tailored furniture solutions for client spaces
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer relationship management records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in furniture or luxury retail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with fluency in English
- Strong understanding of premium product sales and customer relationship management
- Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in team environments
- Basic proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Valid Singapore work permit or citizenship/residency status
- Fluency in Japanese or knowledge of Japanese culture is advantageous
