As a Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying new market opportunities and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We offer a competitive base salary coupled with uncapped commission structures, allowing high performers to earn significantly above the RM 5,000 – RM 7,000 range. You will be working with cutting-edge technology solutions and a passionate team dedicated to disrupting the industry.
Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify, prospect, and qualify potential leads within the Johor Bahru region.
- Conduct product presentations and customized demonstrations to address client needs.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to expand our market presence.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to ensure maximum profitability for the company.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated success in sales or business development, preferably in the tech industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a "hunger" for success and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport (preferred for field visits).
