Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers to the store with a positive, professional, and energetic attitude.
- Provide detailed product demonstrations and explain the technical benefits and features of our fitness equipment.
- Engage with customers to understand their specific fitness needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Upsell and cross-sell additional products, accessories, and membership packages to meet individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor in strict accordance with brand standards.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and prior experience with POS systems.
- A genuine passion for health, fitness, and a healthy lifestyle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
