Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients seeking domestic staffing solutions
- Conduct client consultations to understand household requirements and recommend suitable maid profiles
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
- Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications
- Prepare and present customized service proposals with transparent fee structures
- Track sales metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization
- Stay current with industry regulations and best practices in domestic employment
- Represent the company at promotional events and networking opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years in B2B/B2C sales or customer service role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with cultural sensitivity
- Proficiency in CRM software and digital sales tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit or Singapore citizenship/PR status
- Prior experience in domestic services or staffing industry preferred
