Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet/exceed monthly targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling techniques
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations and vehicle test drives
- Prepare accurate sales proposals and negotiate contracts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams for seamless customer handovers
- Maintain accurate sales records and CRM documentation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local Manado market preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (advantageous)
