Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales of Maxus vehicles through consultative selling and personalized product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Exceed monthly sales targets by implementing strategic lead generation and conversion tactics
- Conduct comprehensive vehicle assessments and test drives to match customer needs with Maxus solutions
- Collaborate with finance and aftersales teams to ensure seamless customer transactions
- Stay current on automotive industry trends, competitor offerings, and Maxus product innovations
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline documentation and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive or B2B sales with proven track record
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close complex sales transactions
- Valid Singapore driving license with clean driving record
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport at all levels
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital sales tools
- Working knowledge of Singapore's automotive market regulations
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
