About the Role
Eurokars Group, a renowned leader in the premium automotive industry, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our prestigious Mazda PIK showroom. As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of the Mazda brand, delivering an unparalleled customer experience to our elite clientele in North Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and engage potential customers through showroom walk-ins, digital leads, and networking events.
- Conduct professional vehicle demonstrations and test drives to highlight Mazda’s unique features and safety technologies.
- Provide comprehensive consultations on financing options, insurance packages, and trade-in valuations.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry through to vehicle preparation and final delivery.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM database to ensure effective lead management and post-sales follow-up.
- Stay updated on automotive market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to ensure a seamless transition for customers throughout their ownership journey.
- Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction (CSI) benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably within the premium or luxury brand segment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- A professional appearance with a high degree of emotional intelligence and customer service orientation.
- Must possess a valid driver's license (SIM A).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet showroom demands.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and target-driven personality.
