Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and retail clients
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical consultations for ceramic solutions
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and contract documentation
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery and installation support
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or construction materials
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Knowledge of ceramic/tile industry products preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with own transportation
