Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively identify and develop new sales opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Provide comprehensive product demonstrations and test drives to potential customers.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend suitable pre-owned vehicle options.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal and vehicle handover.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional follow-ups and post-sales support.
  • Keep updated on industry trends, competitive pricing, and technical specifications of our vehicle inventory.
  • Prepare accurate sales documentation and ensure all administrative requirements are met in compliance with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Possess a minimum of a Diploma in any field, or equivalent work experience in a retail or sales-driven environment.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in automotive sales or a high-value consultative sales role is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade potential buyers.
  • A valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is essential.
  • Strong motivation to excel in a performance-based commission structure.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client leads simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic office computer applications.
