Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand their renovation needs, aesthetic preferences, and budget requirements.
- Prepare accurate and professional quotations, proposals, and project timelines for clients.
- Coordinate between clients, design teams, and site contractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Proactively generate new leads and maintain a healthy pipeline of potential renovation projects.
- Conduct site visits to measure spaces and provide professional advice on design layout and material selection.
- Stay updated on interior design trends, construction materials, and market pricing to provide expert consultation.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, interior design, or the construction/renovation industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency in basic design software or ability to learn CAD/sketching tools is an added advantage.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a 'can-do' attitude in a fast-paced work environment.
- Possess a valid driver's license and own transport for site visits.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in interior design sales are encouraged to apply.
