Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Present and promote our range of home design solutions and products
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to each client's unique requirements
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet and exceed targets
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure seamless client experience from consultation to installation
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape
- Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in interior design, home improvement, or related industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to understand and articulate design concepts and product features
- Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping clients achieve their vision
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
