Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultations to customers visiting the showroom to understand their design preferences and functional needs.
- Present and demonstrate various curtain fabrics, blinds, and motorized systems effectively.
- Prepare accurate and professional sales quotations and follow up with potential leads to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting showroom environment that reflects our premium brand standards.
- Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless service delivery and project completion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support with a professional and solution-oriented attitude.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, interior design, or home furnishings.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in home decor and interior styling.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for sales processing and reporting.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong drive to hit and exceed sales goals.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; bilingualism is a plus.
