Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver expert consultation to customers on tile selection, materials, and design applications
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively showcasing product features and benefits
- Collaborate with interior designers and contractors to provide technical product support
- Maintain showroom presentation standards and inventory awareness
- Prepare accurate quotes and process sales orders efficiently
- Stay updated on industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings
- Participate in team training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with minimum 2 years in sales or customer service role
- Experience in home improvement, construction, or interior design preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to understand client needs
- Strong product knowledge of tiles, ceramics, or building materials
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (spoken/written)
- Results-oriented mindset with proven sales achievement record
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills for CRM and sales reporting systems
