Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert consultations on tile selection, materials, and design applications
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions within budget constraints
- Drive showroom sales by converting consultations into purchases
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product specifications and trends
- Collaborate with design teams to support complex customer projects
- Track sales performance and contribute to monthly/quarterly targets
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and post-purchase follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail sales or showroom consulting
- Deep understanding of ceramic/tile materials and installation processes
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia with basic English communication
