We are looking for a results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team and contribute to our legacy of excellence in the beauty industry.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with customers and guiding them through our curated selection of premium skincare lines. You will leverage your sales skills to build strong customer relationships, identify client needs, and deliver personalized consultations that foster trust and loyalty. Your success will be supported by continuous training, a positive team environment, and a competitive compensation package.
We offer a monthly salary of ₱18,000 to ₱20,000, performance incentives, and career growth opportunities. - Greet and engage customers to understand their skincare concerns and product preferences.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, recommending tailored solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.
- Maintain deep knowledge of product ingredients, usage, and skincare trends.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through follow-ups and loyalty programs.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle payments.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising displays.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in retail beauty or skincare.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Passionate about skincare and beauty products.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is an advantage.
- Able to work in Greenhills, Metro Manila.
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
